The Wedding Command Center sells digital products delivered electronically. Because access to digital content is provided after purchase, we do not accept returns of digital products and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, except where required by applicable law.
Eligible refund situations
Please contact us at info@theweddingcommandcenter.com if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you paid but did not receive access to the product;
- a technical issue on our side prevents us from providing the digital product you purchased; or
- a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
When possible, we will first try to restore access or re-deliver the product. If we cannot provide the product you purchased, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, failure to use the product, wedding cancellation or postponement, accidental purchase after successful delivery, or incompatibility caused by using unsupported software or devices.
The Wedding Command Center is designed for Google Sheets and is best experienced on desktop or tablet. Mobile devices may be used for quick checks and updates, but the full experience is not designed primarily for mobile.
