These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of The Wedding Command Center website and digital products. By purchasing or using the product, you agree to these terms.
Digital product
The Wedding Command Center is a digital wedding-planning system designed for use with Google Sheets. No physical product is shipped.
Personal-use license
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use one copy of The Wedding Command Center for your own personal wedding planning.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce for commercial purposes, publish, publicly share, upload for others, or provide the template, delivery file, access link, or copied system to another person or business.
Account and access
Google may require you to sign in before creating your private copy. You are responsible for maintaining access to your own Google account, protecting your credentials and keeping backups of information you enter into your copy.
Accuracy and user responsibility
The Wedding Command Center is an organizational tool. You are responsible for reviewing your own dates, payments, vendor information, guest information, contracts, legal requirements and wedding decisions. We do not guarantee that use of the product will prevent missed deadlines, budget changes, vendor issues or other wedding-related problems.
No professional advice
The product does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, event-planning or other professional advice. You should consult an appropriate professional when necessary.
Third-party platforms
The website and product may rely on third-party platforms and services, including Shopify, Google and digital-delivery providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, account restrictions or other issues caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Product changes
We may improve, revise, replace or update the product, instructions, website or delivery process over time. Your purchase does not automatically include future products, add-ons or separately sold upgrades unless we expressly state otherwise.
Pricing and promotions
Prices, launch offers and promotional pricing may change at any time before purchase. The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is the price that applies to that order.
Refunds
Refunds and returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wedding Command Center is provided as an organizational tool without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from wedding-planning decisions, vendor relationships, missed deadlines, data entered incorrectly, or use of third-party platforms.
Acceptable use
You may not use our website or digital products for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with store security, or misuse our intellectual property.
